Some pieces cannot be found — they have to be made. The Custom Desk is BoxUnboxed's bespoke commission studio, where your vision becomes a one-of-a-kind fine jewelry creation made to your specifications.
This is not a catalog. This is a collaboration. You bring the concept — a stone you've always loved, a design you've sketched on a napkin, a piece you want reimagined in a different material — and our artisans and manufacturing partners work with you to bring it to life. You’ll be part of the creative process from concept to completion.

- Submit your design brief or inspiration — sketches, references, or a simple description
- Ask our team about a consultation and material recommendations
- Review the proposed design before production begins
- Small items, including jewelry commissions, are shipped to our Las Vegas location for checking and inspection before final delivery. Timing and shipping origin can vary by item; please confirm details for your commission.
Available materials include .925 sterling silver, 9k–18k gold, natural gemstones, jade, moissanite, pearls, and more. Custom sizing, engraving, and stone sourcing can be discussed for your commission.
