Order Processing & Fabrication Windows

  • Standard In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Pre-Order Items: Items listed as pre-order will ship once they become available. You will be notified via email with tracking information once your order ships. Pre-order purchases can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

  • Custom Fine Jewelry / Sourced Diamonds & Gemstones (Two-Step Secure Delivery): Please allow a production/curation timeframe of 3–6 weeks before transit, as these items are hand-crafted or securely acquired direct from our suppliers.

    • Stage 1 (International Air Freight): Once your custom piece is fabricated by our overseas sourcing partners, it is dispatched via secure air freight to our corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Air transit and federal customs clearance take approximately 7–10 business days.

    • Stage 2 (Domestic White-Glove Inspection & Shipping): Once it safely arrives at our Las Vegas headquarters, our internal team performs an exhaustive quality inspection on your selected metals (925 silver, 9k–18k gold) and custom gemstones (lab grown diamonds, natural gemstones, natural pearls, etc.). We then repackage it into our signature luxury branding and ship it straight to your door via secure domestic carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) with an adult signature required. Domestic transit takes an additional 2–5 business days.

  • Modular DIY Architectural Kits: Pre-fabrication, packing, and quality-check workflows require a lead time of 2–4 weeks prior to international shipping dispatch.

    • Custom Outdoor Pergola Systems: Pre-fabrication, packing, and quality-check workflows require a lead time of 4–6 weeks prior to international ocean freight dispatch.

    • Acoustic Slat Wood Wall Panels: Pre-fabrication, packing, and quality-check workflows require a lead time of 2–4 weeks prior to international shipping dispatch.

    • Custom Cabinetry, Closet Systems & Made-to-Order Furniture: Pre-fabrication, packing, and quality-check workflows require a lead time of 4–8 weeks prior to international shipping dispatch, depending on the complexity and scale of your order.

Standard Parcel Delivery (Jewelry Line) Lightweight orders, including our fine jewelry collections, are shipped directly from our Las Vegas headquarters via secure, fully insured parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Transit takes 2–5 business days once dispatched. High-value jewelry shipments strictly require an adult signature upon delivery to protect your investment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

Oversized & Heavy Freight Delivery (Critical Information) Large-scale items including luxury outdoor pergolas, acoustic wall panel shipments, modular custom cabinetry, custom closet systems, and made-to-order furniture are transported via specialized international ocean cargo and domestic heavy freight carriers.

  • Ocean Freight Transit Windows: Because of their large scale and heavy weight, all structural kits are shipped via ocean cargo freight liner across the Pacific. Once the container departs the international port, ocean transit, arrival at the US port, and federal customs clearance takes approximately 30 to 45 days.

  • Customs and Port Clearance: FRM Online Endeavors LLC is not liable for unexpected transit adjustments caused by ocean port congestion, steamship line delays, or random customs inspections by US Customs and Border Protection. Stated delivery windows are highly accurate estimates, but cannot be guaranteed down to a specific day due to federal regulatory clearances.

  • Mandatory Phone Number: You must provide a valid, active telephone number at checkout. The domestic freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery date and a specific drop-off window once the shipment clears the US port. Failure to answer or schedule delivery within the carrier's timeframe may result in storage fees or shipment return charges billed entirely to the customer.

  • Curbside Delivery: All heavy freight items are shipped via Curbside Delivery. The freight driver will unload the pallets or crates at the end of your driveway or curb using a liftgate. Drivers are not authorized to pull trucks onto your property, bring items into your home, backyard, garage, or assist with unboxing or assembly.

  • Freight Inspection & Damage Claims: You must inspect the external packaging and pallets for signs of damage before signing the driver's delivery receipt. If major damage is visible, note the damage explicitly on the driver's bill of lading form and notify our customer service team immediately at hello@getboxunboxed.com.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. For time-sensitive purchases, premium Insured Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) is available at checkout for a flat fee of $25.00. Please note that express shipping transit times apply after custom production is complete.

International Shipping (Jewelry Only): We are pleased to offer international shipping to Canada ($35.00 USD) and Australia ($50.00 USD) for our fine jewelry collections. Standard international transit typically takes 7–21 business days depending on local customs processing.

Oversized & Bulk Structural Items: Standard international checkout is restricted for our large-scale structural builds (including pergolas, custom wall panels, modular cabinetry, custom closet systems, and made-to-order furniture). For delivery outside of the United States, please contact our administrative desk at hello@getboxunboxed.com with your postal code for a custom ocean freight and logistics quote.

Shipping Restrictions We ship to physical residential and business addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
