This website and its associated subdomains, including getboxunboxed.com, shopboxunboxed.com, boxunboxed.design, and boxunboxed.store, are operated by FRM Online Endeavors LLC DBA BoxUnboxed. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FRM Online Endeavors LLC DBA BoxUnboxed.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using the Service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any applicable law or regulation.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or otherwise providing information to BoxUnboxed.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where we identify an apparent pricing, product, inventory, payment, fraud, or fulfillment error.

Section 2 — Product Types, Custom Orders & Customer-Provided Measurements

BoxUnboxed offers a variety of products, including jewelry, loose gemstones and diamonds, sensory and novelty products, pet products, and Home & Outdoor products.

Not every product offered by BoxUnboxed is custom-made or manufactured specifically for an individual customer.

Depending on the product, an item may be:

  • In stock and ready to ship;

  • Sourced or manufactured after an order is placed;

  • Offered as a pre-order;

  • Made to order;

  • Custom or personalized; or

  • Procured as part of a larger Home & Outdoor project.

An item being sourced or manufactured after an order is placed does not, by itself, make the item a custom product. A product is considered custom or personalized when it is created or materially modified according to the customer's individual specifications.

Where a product requires customer-provided measurements, dimensions, sizing information, site information, or other specifications, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

This may apply particularly to architectural and Home & Outdoor products, including pergolas, acoustic or decorative wall panels, cabinetry, and other products requiring customer-specific measurements or site information.

BoxUnboxed is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate measurements, dimensions, specifications, or other information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law and any rights provided under our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for confirming that proposed dimensions, measurements, and product specifications are appropriate for their intended location and use before placing an order.

Section 3 — Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for products and Services may change without notice before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any part of the Service, including products, product availability, descriptions, features, or content, subject to applicable law.

A price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted or required by applicable law or where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.

We may correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, including pricing, availability, specifications, or descriptions.

Section 4 — Products or Services

Certain products may have limited quantities or may only be available through sourcing, manufacturing, pre-order, or other procurement arrangements.

Product availability, fulfillment method, production timing, and estimated delivery time may vary by product. Applicable information will be provided on the product listing, during checkout, or through the applicable BoxUnboxed policy or project documentation.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, materials, finishes, measurements, and other product information as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, and the characteristics of the material itself.

For jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, architectural materials, and other products where material characteristics can naturally vary, individual pieces may differ from photographs or examples in ways consistent with the product description.

Product descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, warranties, certifications, and other representations are limited to information applicable to the specific product and available documentation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to create a warranty or representation beyond what is expressly stated in the applicable product listing, written agreement, manufacturer warranty, or applicable law.

Section 5 — Multiple Product Categories & Split Shipping

BoxUnboxed operates across multiple product categories, including jewelry, Home & Outdoor products, sensory and novelty products, pet products, and other curated products.

An order containing products from different categories may be fulfilled through different suppliers, fulfillment arrangements, or shipping methods.

As a result, items in the same order may:

  • Ship separately;

  • Arrive in separate packages;

  • Be delivered by different carriers;

  • Have different processing or production times; or

  • Arrive on different dates.

Some small products may be sourced or manufactured after an order is placed and sent to our Las Vegas location for inspection before final delivery.

Certain large Home & Outdoor products may be shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer or may require specialized freight delivery.

The applicable product listing and Shipping Policy provide additional information regarding expected fulfillment and delivery arrangements.

Section 6 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide products or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Section 7 — Financing and Third-Party Funding

BoxUnboxed may make certain third-party financing options available for qualifying Home & Outdoor projects or other eligible purchases.

Where financing is offered through a third-party lender or financing provider, the financing arrangement is governed by the separate agreement between the customer and that provider.

BoxUnboxed is not the lender and does not control the lender's credit decisions, interest rates, approval requirements, financing terms, or other terms of the customer's financing agreement.

Financing approval does not necessarily change the product-specific order terms, production requirements, cancellation provisions, or other obligations described in the applicable BoxUnboxed order, project agreement, or policy.

Important: Financing terms, payment obligations, deposits, milestone payments, and the effect of lender disbursement on a customer's obligations should be reviewed against the applicable financing-provider and merchant agreements before this section is finalized.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRM Online Endeavors LLC DBA BoxUnboxed, its members, managers, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, except to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or a specific product or Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BoxUnboxed for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights or remedies that applicable consumer-protection laws do not permit a business to waive.

Section 9 — Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It may affect your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or products purchased from BoxUnboxed may be subject to dispute-resolution requirements, including arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Working provision — attorney review required before publication: The current BoxUnboxed Terms contemplate binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), a class-action waiver, a small-claims exception, and an opportunity to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of a customer's first purchase.

Before this section is published as a final contractual provision, BoxUnboxed should confirm with qualified legal counsel:

  • Whether the proposed arbitration provision is appropriate for all BoxUnboxed consumer transactions;

  • Whether the proposed Clark County, Nevada location is appropriate;

  • How the provision should address customers located outside Nevada;

  • The appropriate AAA rules and procedures;

  • The scope and enforceability of any class-action or representative-action waiver;

  • The appropriate small-claims exception and venue language;

  • The method and timing for exercising an arbitration opt-out;

  • Whether any state-specific consumer protections or requirements apply; and

  • Whether any product-specific or project-specific agreements require different dispute-resolution provisions.

Until those points are confirmed, this section should not be treated as final legal language.

Section 10 — Related Policies and Product-Specific Terms

These Terms should be read together with BoxUnboxed's other customer-facing policies, including:

  • Privacy Policy — explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed.

  • Shipping Policy — explains processing, fulfillment, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and related shipping information.

  • Refund & Return Policy — explains return eligibility, cancellations, refunds, defective or damaged products, and product-specific return restrictions.

Certain products or projects may also be subject to additional written terms provided before or at the time of purchase, including terms relating to custom products, Home & Outdoor projects, financing, warranties, installation, freight delivery, or other specialized services.

Where product-specific written terms apply, customers should review those terms before completing their purchase.

Section 11 — Questions Before Ordering

Because BoxUnboxed offers products with different materials, fulfillment methods, production timelines, and return conditions, customers are encouraged to review the applicable product listing and policies before ordering.
